Privacy Policy

We collect the files you upload, generated results, task settings such as scale and mode, task status, file metadata, and basic usage data needed to run the service and prevent abuse.

If you sign in with Google, we receive your email address, display name, avatar, and Google account identifier. We use cookies to keep you signed in and to maintain guest sessions.

We use your information to process image upscaling and image tools, show your recent history, enforce daily credits and rate limits, provide support, improve reliability, and protect the service from spam or misuse.

When paid credits are enabled, payment and billing details are handled by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Uploaded images and generated results are stored so you can view and download recent tasks. Guest and account results are scheduled for deletion after 7 days.

Some operational records, such as account, credit, support, payment, tax, or security records, may be kept longer when required for business, legal, or fraud-prevention reasons.

We use trusted processors to operate the product, including AI model providers for image processing, Cloudflare R2 for file storage and delivery, Google for OAuth sign-in, and Creem for payments once payments are live.

These providers process data only as needed to deliver the requested service, secure the platform, or complete billing and compliance workflows.

You can choose not to create an account, remove local guest history by clearing your browser data, or contact us to request account, privacy, or billing help.
