You may upload images that you own, created, licensed, or have clear permission to process. The service is intended for image upscaling, background removal, and image SEO text generation.

Common allowed uses include product photos, marketing assets, documentation screenshots, illustrations, personal photos you are allowed to edit, and other lawful creative or commercial assets.

Do not upload or process illegal content, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate content, explicit adult content, hateful content, extremist content, graphic violence, malware, or private data you are not allowed to process.

Do not upload content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of another person or organization.

Images Upscale is not a deepfake, face-swap, identity manipulation, impersonation, or fraud service. Do not use it to mislead people, bypass consent, or create deceptive identity-based media.

Do not use outputs for scams, fake documents, misleading ads, unlawful surveillance, harassment, doxxing, or any activity that would harm another person or organization.

We may block, remove, or refuse to process content that appears to violate this policy, our Terms, or applicable law. We may also limit, suspend, or terminate accounts that abuse credits or attempt to bypass safeguards.
